Outlaw Crappie Poles no-fault warranty is for 6 months from the date of purchase and covers all 1-piece rods, rod tips, and other sections of multi-piece rods. 

 

1-Piece Rod Warranty:

• A copy of the receipt and pictures of the break must be emailed to contact@fishoutlaw.com.

• A 6" section of the broken section (right above the cork) must be mailed to:

• 1st replacement, customer only pays shipping.

• 2nd replacement, customer pays for a replacement rod at a discounted rate plus shipping.

 

Multi-Piece Rod Warranty:

• Only covers one piece of a multi-piece rod.
