This is Roman Ray with Bent Rods Guide Service. I guide on Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn. I have had a passion for fishing since I was a little child. My grandfather (Nelson Laborde) had a big influence on my passion for the outdoors. While growing up, I crappie fished almost every lake in the State of Louisiana. I stated guiding for Bent Rods Guide Service in 2020 as a crappie guide. Through all my years of fishing, I have tried many many many different rods. None compare to the Outlaw Crappie Poles. I have been using Outlaw for roughly two years. The best part about being a crappie guide is watching family and friends get together, catch fish, and enjoying God’s creation. As many other pro staff members, I also have another full time job. I have been in law enforcement for almost 15 years. Having the support from my wife and kids means the world to me.
